AGT User Group meeting Las Vegas, NV

The Semiannual AGT User Group meeting in Las Vegas, NV was a highly informational event that focused upon the exciting new emerging technologies for Call Center operations.

One-call centers from around the nation utilizing the AGT IRTH software attended this meeting to discuss past, present and future issues regarding their respected call center operations and the associated technology. Great discussions and feedback were voiced by each group, as well as the unveiling of AGT's newest software release that is scheduled for release in early 2008. This new software is a revolutionary step forward for all One-Call Centers that utilize the AGT IRTH Technology. The new technology will allow unprecidented applications in enhanced mapping services, billing, internet ticket entry, and member administration.

Nebraska Digger's Hotline currently utilizes the AGT IRTH technology and will be one of the first Call Center's nationwide to convert to the new software release in 2008.
